Achievement Highlights:

I was part of the team that develop the HT90 system - the chamois lateral wings shaped at 90 degrees, one of best selling pads in the world. Following this innovation the team also design a new fabric for the pads to allow the sublimation print on it. This two ideas were a great success because they have revolutionized the production from now on.

Come up with a new idea about the grip of the palm for the cycling glove, to guarantee the possibility to personalize it completely with sublimation print, studying a new fabric and a new grip reinforcement.

Complete design and concept development of accessories for season 2018 for Katusha Sport.

During my experience in Teo Sport I have had the possibility to improve my knowledge in customer service as well. Having worked across customer service for a several years I have increased my experience when it comes providing support, help and advice to customers who use the company products, meeting with potential customers, explaining our products, answering questions, following the customer in extra work, packaging choice, shipping details, orders management: sell products and take orders, enter customer information onto a computer database; take payment for goods or services, authorise returns of goods and credit notes for commercial reasons.
